From Mental Chaos to Calm Coaching
Go from mental chaos to calm
…actual calm in six weeks
One-on-one coaching for the weirdo whose brain won’t stop running laps at 2am. Six, 60-minute sessions to help you get your shit together, focus on what matters, and finally remember what it feels like to just exist. No rigid systems and no shame about the graveyard of planners on your dresser.
LIMITED 1:1 SPOTS. ROLLING START DATES.
Hey, you.
Yeah, you.
I see you, with your seemingly insurmountable mountain of shit and to-dos sitting there, staring back at you, waiting for you to find the brain-space to actually get it together and start chipping away at it.
You’ve forgotten what it feels like to not have a million things to do or a million thoughts in your head. You’re tired of being so unorganized, so all over the place…so weird and awkward.
You’ve tried all the things and none of them stuck.

The planner graveyard on your dresser
You love picking out the cutest, quirkiest planner from the office supply store. You use it for four days, maybe a week, then it joins the pile of other abandoned planners. You feel like a garbage human every time you look at that pile. (Psst…you’re not a garbage human.)

Post-It Notes as home decor
You have pretty colored Post-Its stuck to your monitor, your fridge, the bathroom mirror. They’ve become part of the wallpaper. You stopped actually reading them weeks ago, plus half of them are so old you can’t remember what they were for.

The app you learned for two days
You heard about it on a podcast or in some Facebook group. The system sounded incredible until you sat down to actually set it up. Three tutorials in, your brain checked out, and now it’s another icon on your phone taking up space. Add it to the list of shiny new baubles you abandoned.

Reminders you mute on sight
Your phone buzzes…and you mute it before you even look. Your Google Calendar has notifications stacked on top of each other – the reminders became so constant they turned into noise. You’re back to hoping you’ll just remember the thing on your own. Yeah… you won’t.
You were never the problem. The system you tried to force yourself into was.
Spoilers: the planner is not morally superior to you, the app is not smarter than your brain, and that podcast guru with the color-coded time blocks does not have your life, your kids, your autoimmune flare-ups, or your specific flavor of overstimulation.
You’re not broken. You’ve been trying to squeeze a beautifully weird, tangent-loving brain into systems built for someone else. Of course they didn’t stick.
From Mental Chaos to Calm is six weeks of one-on-one coaching where we throw out the cookie-cutter advice and build something that actually fits how you think. We sift through the mounds of productivity noise together and keep only what works for you. You get a real person in your corner (hi! it’s me!), not another app to abandon.
By the end, you’ll know how to focus on what needs doing, actually start the thing, and (this is the wild part) finish it.

What going from mental chaos to calm could actually look like for you
A quieter, less crowded brain
That constant background hum of things-you-might-be-forgetting will start to fade. You’ll stop waking up at 3am cycling through your mental to-do list. You’ll get to think about one thing at a time, and it’ll feel almost weird at first, but it’ll be calm, peaceful, and actually yours.
Focus that fits your brain
I do not mean the neurotypical, sit-still-for-90-minutes kind of focus – I mean the kind that works with your tangents instead of against them. You’ll know how to start the task you’ve been avoiding, follow a rabbit hole without losing the whole afternoon, and come back to what you were doing.
Actually finish the thing you started
You know that project sitting in a half-done state, quietly making you feel like a fraud? You’ll finish it, and then you’ll finish the next one. Not because you finally became disciplined, but because we built a way for finishing to feel possible again.
Confidence you didn’t forget anything
You’ll have the kind of confidence where you can walk away from your desk, close the laptop, and actually be present yourself and your kids. Because you know where your stuff lives, you know what’s coming up, and you know your system has your back, even when your brain is offline.
Permission to stop hating yourself
This is the sneaky one. You get six weeks of someone (me!) in your corner reminding you that your brain isn’t broken – your past failures are data, not character flaws, and that planner pile doesn’t say anything about who you are. You stop leading with guilt and shame, and come back to your weird.
Time to actually… exist
This is honestly the whole point. You’ll have time to read the book, take the walk, watch the dumb show, sit on the porch. Your time will no longer be secretly haunted by the list in your head. This is what we’re building toward – capacity and confidence to be and enjoy your weird self.
Let’s go from mental chaos to calm together
Clear the noise
We start by getting the swirl out of your head and onto a page, not to organize it yet, but just to see it. Most of the overwhelm lives in not knowing what you’re actually carrying.
Experiment on purpose
We test tools, routines, and small shifts one at a time, focused on the purpose of each one – no random, shiny object syndrome here. Each experiment is small enough to actually try and honest enough to tell us what’s working.
Keep what fits and ditch the rest
We build your system out of the pieces that actually stick and make sense to your brain. The system is yours – it’s weird, flexes when life lifes, and is the opposite of every rigid system you’ve abandoned.
What folks say after working together
This isn’t for you if…
You’re looking for a rigid, hustle-hard, wake-up-at-5am productivity system. That’s not what we build here.
You’re not ready to experiment. If you want a magic answer on day one, this six-week process will frustrate you.
You’re not into a coach who swears, jokes around, and treats your weird brain like a feature not a bug. We’re gonna clash on vibes.
You want someone to hand you a template and tell you to just follow it. This is coaching, which means we build it together.
You think the problem is that you just need to try harder. We’re going to gently disagree with that a lot.

Hey! I’m Sarah ✌️

I’m your quirky, nerdy “get your shit together” coach. By day I’m an auditor and a recently licensed CPA (yes, I did the Masters and the CPA exams with two young kids, and yes, it was as unhinged as it sounds). By evening I’m wrangling two elementary schoolers and two young huskies. My brain is AuDHD, my body has an autoimmune situation, and I’ve had to cobble together my own chaos-busting systems because nothing off the shelf ever fit.
I built this mental chaos to calm coaching program because I know what it’s like to feel like every productivity guru on the internet is speaking a different language. You don’t need to become someone else. You need someone who gets it, sitting next to you while you figure out what works for your actual brain.
Let’s chat about your questions
You could actually feel calm again. In six weeks.
Spots are limited because this is real one-on-one time with me. If the planner pile on your dresser is calling your name, this is your sign.
