Untangle one mental chaos hurdle in 30 minutes, without becoming someone you’re not
A free, no-strings mini session for quirky, neurodivergent, easily-distracted humans. Bring your biggest brain-fog moment, and we’ll figure out what’s actually going on and what you can experiment with next.
Free. 30 minutes. Zero shiny-new-bauble sales pitch.
You’re not lazy, broken, or bad at adulting. Your brain just doesn’t fit the systems everyone keeps handing you.
Every angle turns into a rabbit hole
You sit down to do one thing, and forty-five minutes later you’re seven tabs deep researching something completely unrelated. Your to-do list is still staring at you. The guilt spiral is starting to warm up.
You’ve got a graveyard of abandoned systems
The planner. The app. The color-coded spreadsheet a very put-together person on YouTube swore would change your life. You gave each one four days, tops. Now you’re wary of anything shiny and new, and also still disorganized.
Information is coming at you from every direction
Files scattered across five platforms. Notes you know you took somewhere. Ideas you swore you’d remember. You know your way around a database, but you have no clue how to deal with the baggage from every previous iteration of “a system.”
The shame is louder than the actual problem
Everyone else seems to manage this stuff on their own. So you keep quiet, keep struggling, and keep telling yourself you should just try harder. Spoilers: trying harder was never the fix.
What if 30 minutes with someone who actually gets your brain could unstick the thing you’ve been circling for months?

The Mental Chaos Mini Session is a free, one-to-one 30-minute call. No forms disguised as therapy. No forcing you into a rigid framework. No pretending your quirks are the problem.
You bring one hurdle: the overwhelm, the tangent that won’t stop tangent-ing, the digital pile that’s freaking you out, the thing that has you in functional freeze. We spend the whole 30 minutes on that.
You leave with clarity on what’s actually going on, one or two experiments you can test this week, and the very underrated feeling of being talked to like a smart adult with a beautifully weird brain.
What you actually walk away with
Clarity on the real hurdle
Most of the time, the thing you think is the problem isn’t the problem. We’ll pinpoint what’s actually keeping you stuck so you stop throwing solutions at the wrong target.
Tangents that fuel your work
Your so-called distractions aren’t a character flaw. We’ll look at how to turn them into unexpected strengths instead of guilt-inducing detours.
Experiments sized for your capacity
No overhauls. No 90-day challenges. Just one or two small, testable experiments that actually fit the life and brain you already have.
A calmer digital brain
If your files, notes, and tabs are the source of the chaos, we can spend the 30 minutes on that. You’ll leave with a next step for getting your digital shit organized in a way that respects how you actually think.
Permission to stop guilt-tripping yourself
You’ll be talked to like a smart, capable, wonderfully weird adult. No shame. No lectures about discipline. No pretending the neurotypical playbook was ever going to work for you.
How we spend the 30 minutes
Name the real hurdle
We start by getting underneath the surface-level chaos to figure out what’s actually going on for your brain right now.
Reframe what’s happening
We look at your quirks, tangents, and patterns as information, not defects, so we can work with your brain instead of against it.
Pick one experiment
You leave with one small, doable thing to test this week. No pressure to keep it forever, just curiosity about what happens.

Who you’ll be talking to
Hey, I’m Sarah. Auditor and CPA by day, quirky nerdy ‘get your shit together’ coach by everything else. I’m AuDHD, running a household with two elementary school kids, two young huskies, an autoimmune situation, and a very long list of half-finished projects I love very much. I built this work because becoming more disciplined didn’t help me figure my shit out, and forcing societal bullshit consistency rules onto my brain definitely didn’t either. What worked was experimenting, treating my brain like it was worth working with, and building systems that bend when I do.
